Tools For Improving Focus

March 17th, 2008 Posted in Life, Productivity, Work No Gravatar

I recently did a talk for a group of friends on productivity and focusing. I thought that others may also find this talk valuable. I took my notes and put together a Keynote presentation with voice-over. Enjoy.

Let me know if you found it useful.

Very good Parv, I’m impressed! I like the incantations one, I do that sometimes myself.
Now, if I could just stop reading blogs and get some work done ;)

hah. i decided to watch this before heading to bed–it was actually pretty great! i feel a little inspired and less funk-filled, which is a nice way to end the day :-) am very particularly going to have to think about the decluttering, 30-day challenge, and replacing thoughts. all very good challenges for me!

Yes decluttering is definately an issue for me. How can I do without my purdy’s loyalty card? My library card??
